Permanent Opportunity - FM Account Manager - Birmingham - Circa £65,000 + £6,000 Car allowance + 10% Bonus
Are you a FM Account Manager with experience of delivering TFM contracts on public sector sites? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider on a prestigious PFI contract in Birmingham.

Responsible for leading a TFM contract on a large PFI Education contract in Birmingham
Management of key SLA's & KPI's
Management of commercial delivery of the contract
Lead compliance and H&S standards across the contract
Manage both in house and subcontractor teams
Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels About you
Experience of managing TFM contracts
Experience of PFI contract management
Experienced in managing both on site FM teams and sub-contractors
Commercially astute
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge - With IOSH
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issuesThis role is covering a large PFI contract in Birmingham - Experience within the Education sector would be advantageous.
You may have experience as one of the following: Account Manager, FM Account Manager, Senior Contract Manager, Head of FM
