Job Description

H9 Human Resources are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract. Based in Chorley, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. If you have experience in HR administration and are looking for a flexible, fast-paced role, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and employees.
Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all requests and records are handled accurately and confidentially.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents for new hires.
Administer pre-employment checks, inductions, and exit interviews.
Assist with payroll documentation and employee changes.
Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in HR administration or a relevant qualification.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High levels of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is desirable.

What We Offer:

£16.84 per hour with an immediate start.
A 3-month full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement-3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
