Brexit Project Manager/Business Analyst

Job Description
Join a leading financial services organisation as we expand our operations within their Irish entity. They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the establishment of a new syndicated loans business line, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards post-Brexit and enhancing our service offerings across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the new syndicated loans business line, targeting a launch by the end of 2025.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Product, and Technology teams to define frameworks, validate product viability, and manage the product approval process.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders across compliance, risk management, technology, and operations to gather insights and support for project execution.
- Develop a comprehensive project timeline, setting clear milestones for product development, regulatory compliance, and testing phases.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to senior leadership on project progress and any challenges encountered.
Desired Skills:
- Consulting experience in financial services, particularly in loans or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
