Job title: Energy Sales Consultant

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k)

Location: Market Harborough

Type: Fulltime, Permenant, Office Based

We are looking for B2B sales individuals for a fantastic position with a growing company based in Market Harborough. In this position you will work the full 360 sales cycle, providing businesses with excellent rates on their utilities. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with at least 1 years experience in B2B looking to get into the sector. Alternatively this is a great growing company for experienced energy sales candidates looking for longevity, coaching and above all - FANTASTIC COMMISSION!

Responsibilities of a Energy Sales Consultant:

Full 360 Sales Cycle: Call, acquire, and close your own sales opportunities.
Opportunity Identification: Use effective questioning and the sales cycle to identify potential sales.
Objection Handling: Overcome objections with up-to-date market and product information.
Solution Presentation: Offer unique solutions that save customers time and money while reducing carbon emissions.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain trusted relationships with future customers.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs.
Sales Forecasting: Present daily sales forecasts to your Team Manager.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales comply with quality standards and sales compliance rules.
CRM Accuracy: Complete customer details and sales information accurately in the CRM system.
Pipeline Management: Consistently pursue and understand your sales pipeline.
Training Participation: Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.

Key Skills and Experience of a Energy Sales Consultant:

Self-Motivated and Driven: Demonstrates initiative in achieving targets.
Outbound Sales Experience: Minimum of 1yr in a B2B sales position
Energy Sales Experience: Beneficial but not a requirement
Team Collaboration: Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
Pressure Management: Ability to handle the demands of targets and deadlines.
