Working for a prestigious and well known Entertainment BusinessThis is a 5 day a week office based role
Your new role
Working in a team of 3 HR Advisors, you will be reporting directly into the HR Director and provide HR generalist advice to managers and employees with a head count of around 800. This will include managing employee relations cases, including grievances, probations and performance. Advising managers on best practice, policy and procedures, onboarding and off boarding and managing the full employee lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
Be CIPD L3 (or equivalent)Have experience of managing a high volume of ER cases including grievances and disciplinaries ideally within the hospitality, retail or leisure sector
Have worked in a fast-paced environment
Able to work 5 days a week in the office
