Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of Estimator – Retail Fit Out will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with design, build & fit out projects primarily dealing with petrol filling stations and service stations
* Interpreting technical drawings and generating quotations / tenders
* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Producing formal quotations to clients
* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Working on projects ranging in value from £15,000 up to £750,000
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Retail Fit Out with
* Must have 5+ years estimating experience within the construction fit out / shop fitting market sector
* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Full UK driving license
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Excel)
* Advantageous if experience in Bluebeam Software
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Good team player who also works well individually
