Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Salary: £23k base plus monthly performance bonus (circa £28k)

Sector: Legal

Location Derby

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

This is an award-winning legal practice, specialising in Wills and Probate. A large number of law firms have transferred their will writing service into this company. The team is now working to catalogue those wills in order to get in touch with their rightful owners

Role Overview:

They are now building a team of proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive This role is central to ensuring that their clients receive the highest standard of service, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment.

* Customer Service Excellence: You’ll be the first point of contact for their clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. Your role will involve understanding their needs and guiding them through their services with clarity and empathy.

* Client Engagement: Engage with both current and potential clients to update their information, discuss their needs, and determine how their services can best support them.

* Appointment Management: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for clients with a team of Legal Advisors If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive setting, we would love to hear from you.

Qualities needed for this role

* Effective Communication skills: able to build rapport and relationships with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both over the phone and in person.

* Attention to Detail: a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

* Professionalism: able to present yourself in a professional manner, instilling confidence in clients and colleagues alike.
