1st Line IT Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Engineer to join my clients growing team at a leading MSP based in Birmingham.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st Line Support, handling incoming technical queries from clients over the phone, email, and remote support tools, resolving issues efficiently.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of IT issues, including hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
* Escalate complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line support teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth handover and resolution.
* Accurately log, track, and update service tickets in the helpdesk system, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs.
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with end users.
