Your new companyI am recruiting for a Luxury Designer Retailer, looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing company.

Your new role
Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for:

Managing 3-4 direct reports, and supporting their development and learningProducing monthly management account packsManaging and reconciling the Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsSupplier Income reporting, month end accounting, forecasting, and budgetingProvide analysis, insight and informative reporting to support and influence business decisionsAssisting with the budgeting and forecasting Coordinate year-end audit requests and assist to prepare statutory accountsEvaluating the success of ongoing trials and projects, and proposing recommendationsAd hoc finance projects and analysis
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with industry experience. Retail or manufacturing industry experience is desirable. You’ll need to be highly numerate with a strong analytical background, as well as an effective communicator with all levels of stakeholders.
