Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst needed for Asset Management Firm - Must be immediately available

Your new company
This client is a global asset management firm based in East London, which has close to £1000billion in assets under management. They have a history of providing world-class service with property, infrastructure, renewable energy and PE investments. They are looking for a Payroll Analyst on a temp to perm basis due to movement in the team.
Your new role
You will be the designated point of contact for payroll and benefit queries. You will be in charge of coordinating the European payroll inbox. You will be supporting the day-to-day processing of allocated European Payrolls including collating and uploading of all adjustments to the payroll system. You will work with the global team on any payroll related projects. Completion of all administration relating to maternity, paternity and parental leave & pay.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of UK and European payrolls using Workday. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be key. Written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role as you will be communicating with a range of stakeholders. You will need excellent problem-solving and judgement skills.
