Territory Sales Manager

We're working with one of the UK's top distribution companies providing a mixture of Scientific & Medical products to clients in Academia, Life Science and Pharma.

Our client is looking for a Technical Territory Sales Manager that is hungry to break existing and new business across the South of the UK, leveraging their hands-on experience to consult customers and drive an effective sales process.

Responsibilities

• Take over the South of the UK and drive revenue through account management and new sales.
• Manage the growth of their territory, focusing on Academia & Life Sciences.
• Manage all commercial relationships with pre-existing customers in the South of the UK.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on products.
• Work collaboratively with a number of engineers in the UK, helping with complaint handling.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team

Qualifications

• A degree in higher education in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or relevant Life Sciences
• 2- 5 years of sales experience in Life Sciences
• Full Driver's License
• Strong background in Academia, Pharma and/or Cell & Gene Therapy
• Ability to travel in order to do business
