Key Responsibilities:

* Office 365 Support: Provide user management, troubleshooting, and application support.
* Windows Server Management: Troubleshoot and manage Windows Server environments.
* Hardware Support: Offer support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
* Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in an IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Windows Server environments.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
