Each Lush Spa treatment is an immersive experience, inviting you to enjoy the unexpected. Using a multi-sensory holistic approach, including soothing touch, visual displays, beautiful fragrances, and bespoke, crafted music made by Lush Fresh Handmade Sound, each treatment has a transformative effect, bringing you back into a state of peace and balance.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences in one of our bespoke Spas. We currently have 9 Spas in the UK, each recruiting for Therapists, with different contract options available. The locations are: Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London Oxford Street, London Covent Garden and Poole.

Becoming a LUSH Spa Therapist provides you with the opportunity to create a magical career whilst being trained to the highest level, allowing you to further develop core massage skills through our innovative treatments.

At Lush we understand Therapist’s time and dedication to their client is a vital part of the role, therefore we support a maximum of 5 hours of massage per day, averaging 5 treatments, allowing you time to enjoy and perform at your best.

Responsibilities of a Spa therapist

• Performing Lush Spa Treatments


• Representing the Spa on the shop floor


• Dealing with clients


• Day to Day running of the Spa


• Representing the Spa at external events

Skills & Expertise

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.


• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.


• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.

Nice to have

• 1 year experience in a Spa performing Full Body Massage

Since establishing in 1995 in Poole, Dorset, Lush has been driven by innovation and its ethics.
Creators of pioneering beauty products such as the fizzing bath bomb, shower jellies and solid shampoo bars, we place emphasis on fresh ingredients like organic fruits and vegetables, fight against animal testing and combat over-packaging by developing products that can be sold ‘naked’ to the customer without any packaging.

We currently operate in 52 countries with 928 global shops. Through our separate business divisions we invent, manufacture and sell our handmade products direct to our customers through our own shops and online.
