2nd Line Engineer, Bournemouth, £34,000
As a 2nd Line Engineer for this software solutions company, you’ll play a critical role providing support for operational, deployment, and configuration issues. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and further develop your technical abilities.

2nd Line Engineer Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including deployment and configuration.
Escalate technical issues to 3rd Line, product management and development.
Identify, troubleshoot, and clean viruses and malware.
Mentor support team members and collaborate with internal departments.
Participate in 24x7 support on a rota basis.
2nd Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required
3+ years in technical or product support.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, with client-server environments and databases.
BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with relevant certifications.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills and team player.
