Position: Operations Manager - Water Project
Location: North Scotland
Key Responsibilities: As the Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our major water project, overseeing and coordinating various aspects to ensure successful project completion. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic planning and execution of project objectives
Management of project teams, subcontractors, and resources
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitoring project budgets and timelines
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
Continuous improvement of project processes and workflowsRequirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in civil engineering projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of water project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate complex challenges and find effective solutions
