Are you a Senior Nurse (RGN) looking for a new challenge? Our client is the UK’s leading hospital group and they are looking for a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join their motivated team in Swindon. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary up to £38,000 plus enhancements and other amazing benefits!

As a Senior Nurse, you will:
Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants.
Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for senior staff when needed.
Provide individualised patient care and advocate for patient safeguarding.

The ideal Senior Nurse Nurse will have:
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
Mentorship Qualification.
