Job Description
Our client based in Weybridge are seeking a temporary Sales Executive to support their customers with queries and bookings. This role would suit someone with previous telephone based customer service experience and someone who enjoys a busy working environment!
Duties:
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
Answer customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Amending bookings for customers
Problem solve where necessary to ensure the customer has a resolution to any queries or concerns
Discussing outstanding payments with customersThe successful candidate:
Will have previous experience dealing with customers
Will be able to work well towards deadlines
