Position - Support Worker - Young People, Residential

Employment type - Permanent

Location - Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Salary - GBP26,100 p.a plus sleep ins paid at GBP75.00 per shift. On average you would do 6 per month which is equivalent to an extra GBP450 per month; GBP5400 per year
Hours - 8am-11pm on a rota pattern but never 2 in a row

About the role - As a Support Worker, you will work with care leavers and help them live as independently as possible. Duties include financial and emotional support, accessing the community, signposting, help with accessing benefits and running a home.
Qualifications and Experience required - No formal qualifications are required, just the willingness to work towards your QCF Level 3. You need a background working with the same client group and be a driver.
