About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Concierge to join our team on a permanent basis in Cheshire working 28 hours per week.

Reporting into the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing a service that is welcoming whilst ensuring a clean, safe and secure living environment for our elderly tenants in Cheshire.

Your role will consist of cleaning, access control and CCTV monitoring. You will be lone working in this role.

Our Concierge team work night shifts on a rota basis, from 7pm to 7am, 2 nights on, 4 nights off.

What we're looking for:

We're a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You'll not only have experience in a customer service environment, but you'll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You'll also be able to demonstrate:

Essential:
  • Previous Concierge experience in a residential setting.
  • Good time management.
  • Good team working skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Good level of IT skills.
  • Direct experience of working with customers in a service delivery environment.
  • Understanding of the importance of health and safety compliance.
  • Good oral and written communication.

Desirable:
  • Experience of using Dwellant (concierge software).
  • Contractor management and experience in the delivery of estate, cleaning, caretaking and maintenance services.
  • Experience of Health and Safety legislation and best practice in the delivery of estate services.
