Are you a Sales or Business Development Professional with experience in the Construction sector? Are you ambitious, talented and great at building business to business relationships?

On offer is an exciting Business Development Manager role with a successful and growing construction company, offering full autonomy, career progression and a generous salary with uncapped commission.

This reputable company specialise in working at height across a huge variety of projects within the construction industry including cladding installation, safety netting installation, large scale painting and cleaning and ceiling installation to name a few. With clients varying from football stadiums to The Shard to Energy Centres, this company cover it all. Now to aid business growth and expansion they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

In this role you will initially be based from the Scunthorpe office however as you settle into the business you can work remotely and travel nationally for client visits. This is a brand new role for this office, therefore this is a great opportunity to take ownership of the role and work autonomously. You will be responsible for targeting a range of clients, creating new leads for the business through cold call, visits, emails, previous connections and securing new business.

This role is suited to a sales or business development with construction with strong relationship building skills, willingness to travel and an ambitious, proactive attitude. A Full UK Licence is essential for this role.
