• Previous experience as a Picker Packer is essential

Role of a Picker Packer :

• Order picking products using a voice automated system - training provided
• Using MHE such as pump trucks and LLOPs
• Will include some heavy lifting
• Work to standard warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.

Picker Packer role details:

• Salary: £13.80 - AM shift; £14.80 - PM shift; £15.80 - Night shift
• Overtime £17.25/h AM -shift; £18.50/h -PM shift; £19.75/h -Night shift
• Fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 / Night 22:00-06:00
• Location: Kettering, NN14
• Duration: Ongoing Full-Time Role, you will be given a rota so you can plan around this

As a Picker Packer , you will need to have:

• Good communication skills
• Able to follow instructions
• Ability to give attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Picker Packer or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential as Full training is provided.
