Reach Truck Driver

Job Title: Reach Truck and Counterbalance Operator (PM Shift)
Location: Brackmills, Northampton NN4

Shift Details:

• PM Shift: Monday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Duration: 2-3 weeks initially but has a possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate both Reach Truck and Counterbalance machinery safely and efficiently to transport and store goods within the warehouse.
• Load and unload products using the correct equipment.
• Accurately pick, stack, and arrange goods according to orders.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Must hold valid and up-to-date Reach Truck and Counterbalance licenses.
• Prior experience as a Reach Truck and Counterbalance operator within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Understanding of safety protocols and operating procedures for both machines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work the PM shift as required.
