Quality & Audit Manager

Stockport and Staffordshire

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure that services are audited to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing auditing services and identifying where quality and compliance is falling short of expected standards.
  • Advising how compliance can be achieved and providing training, coaching and support to managers.
  • Maintaining the internal audit framework and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting Area Managers to create improvement plans.
  • Carrying out complaint investigations and assisting in the monitoring of complaints.
  • Having expert input into policies and procedures.

About you

We are looking for a strong leader with a can do approach. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and developing people to succeed. You will have operational experience and a proven track record in managing the delivery of high-quality care within a residential elderly care home setting. Knowledge of dementia care, a strong understanding of CQC standards and a driving licence are also essential.
