Experienced CDP Chef Specialising In Indian Cuisine

Main Responsibilities -

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality indian cuisine
• Manage the inventory of raw ingredients and waste disposal.
• Ensure compliance with the highest quality, hygiene, and health standards.
• In-depth knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques
• Knowledge of all procedures and standards for food production, receiving, storage and sanitation.
• City & Guilds certification, BTEC or NVQ are adventagious.
• Previous experience IS required.

Working Hours -

09:00-17:00. Monday-Friday.
