Job Description

My client is an instantly recognisable Insurance organisation who urgently require a high calibre Head of MI & Reporting to develop and execute Data Reporting, Management Information Systems, and Automation Initiatives.
Key requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Head of Management Information (MI) & Reporting in a large complex environment
  • Prior experience developing and implementing strategies for MI, reporting, and automation that aligns with business objectives
  • Ability to identify opportunities to implement automation technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong working knowledge with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust Management Information system and reporting framework that deliver timely and accurate insights
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices in data management, reporting, and automation throughout the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible approach to hybrid working (2 days per week on site)

Nice to have:

  • A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Certified Business Intelligence Professional)
  • Immediate availability
