Konexo HR Resourcing has been created to meet demand for high quality HR consultants to support our clients with HR initiatives such as organisational design, business change management and employee relations.

Interim HR Consultant

Konexo HR Services provides support to our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. Our International Manufacturing client requires an experienced HR Consultant to support them through a period of change. This opportunity is likely to run for 18 months, and requires a HR Consultant who is experienced in taking the lead on restructuring activities, we are looking for a senior HR professional who is comfortable working from a South Yorkshire site.

What you should have experience of:

• Leading and overseeing large scale restructuring activities both in and outside of the UK.
• Change management to include development and delivery of robust and effective communication strategies.
• Working within unionised environments and works councils.
• Training, developing and supporting line managers and employee representatives to ensure they are prepared and confident to support employees to ensure they are empowered to confidently support with change management initiatives, deal with employee concerns and queries, and effectively communicate change initiatives in a positive manner.
• Management of change programs to include the development and delivery of employee strategies and the development and maintenance of contingency plans that limit the impact of potential challenges or holdups .
• Line management of a small and Junior HR team.
• Overseeing the Payroll function (desirable not essential).
• Experience within a unionised manufacturing environment or similar industry is essential.
