Responsibilities
1- Responsible for supervising daily administrative work, including stationary, shuttle bus, canteen、medical and office coordination and management, summarizing and analyzing various administrative data, and implementing improvement measures;
2- Responsible for supervising the implementation of administrative rules and regulations, ensuring the smooth implementation of various administrative systems and work;
3- Provide good administrative services for the workplace and warehouse on-site to coordinate and improve the work efficiency of various departments;
4- Properly handle all administrative related work that requires cooperation with external units (including suppliers, government departments, etc.), manage contracts and expenses, and control compliance and costs;
5- Complete other work tasks assigned by company leaders on time.
Requirement
1- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of administrative work experience
2- Strong writing skills and proficient use of office software;
3- Good learning ability, strong stress resistance, outgoing personality, good at communicating with others, and strong service awareness.
4-English can be used as a working language
