Job Title: Digital Transformation Graduate
Salary: Starting from £27,000 (Plus 10% London Weighting) per year plus Veolia Benefits
Location: South London, Kent
Programme Duration: 2 years
Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 28th of October 2024 and assessment days will take place between w/c 4th of November and 11th of November 2024.

What you'll be doing;
- The successful candidate will be working with the onsite team you will continuously review and improve processes, so they are fit for purpose, accurate and lean.
- Will learn and work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.
- Take ownership of operational data, and maintain it to the highest standard, making sure it is current, accurate and real-time.
- Develop and implement the latest advances in technology to drive the digitisation of our services.
- Support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information to make better business decisions.
- Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist.
- Learn and manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and as part of work on our operational systems.
What we're looking for;
- Degree-level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences or Geographical Information Science (to be achieved by September 2025)
- Able to work independently as well as a part of the team
- High problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills, to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis
- Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets
- Desirable: A practical understanding of Power BI, SQL, GIS
