Job Description
Time 4 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful and dynamic construction company providing Building, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, CCTV services as well as certified & accredited Fire Door & Fire Stopping installation.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record for an immediate start – who can hit the ground running working on a wide range of works from large project and fit outs to smaller maintenance contracts for a variety of clients.
We are looking for a full time (permanent) Quantity Surveyor that wants to become an integral and a main future part of an established construction company - with a view to becoming one of the company directors – Experience in public sector procurement is an advantage and able to pass security vetting for Police & Prison Service is essential.
My client works a close team, and looking for someone that wants to integrate, develop and grow with the business. Out Clients head office is based in Bridgend head office, while most of our works falls in South Wales & Bristol, there may be occasions where overnight stays are required.
Key Requirement including but not limited to:
* Site survey to understand and develop scope of work necessary
* Commercial agreements
* Arrange and manage subcontractor packages and orders
* Client meetings
* Interim valuations
* Pricing elements of projects
* Administration of framework projects
* Contract review
Benefits for the role of Quantity Surveyor :
* Salary £40k to 50K – salary is dependent on experience
