Senior Heating Engineer – Overview
We are working with an established European Heat Pump Manufacturer who have just entered the UK Market. They launched in September 2023 and have already put a great team together; they are looking for an additional Senior Engineer to come on board leading a new installation team and can offer full training on Heat Pumps if you haven’t worked on them before as well as progression opportunities in the near future.
They are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead an installation team alongside 2 x Plumbers who will be under your direction. You will work as a team installing Air Source Heat Pumps in domestic properties throughout the local area. Day to day you’ll be installing the manufacturers own brand of dual heat pumps and other associated systems. They pride themselves on speed and efficiency as well as excellent customer service and offer the best aftercare on the market as well.
One thing that this company do differently is they have a highly optimised Heat Pump Installation process meaning that Heat Pumps only take 1-2 days to install. They have Sub-Contractors who go round and do the ripping out of the old system for you. When you turn up as site, the old system will have been removed, with the decommissioning, pipework change and radiator upsizing done for you already. When you get to site, your focus will be around installing the new units (Outdoor and Indoor Cylinder), commissioning the system and ensuring it is set up for maximum efficiency!
Your role will installing the very latest technology from the manufacturer.
Senior Heating Engineer – Requirements
* NVQ level 2 Plumbing (or equivalent)
* ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (advantageous)
* Experience installing boilers or Air Source Heat Pumps (advantageous)
* Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
* G3 Unvented Ticket & WRAS – Water Regulations
Senior Heating Engineer – Salary & Remuneration
* Competitive salary of £44,000 - £48,000 + Overtime
* Installation Bonuses

* Travel Pay (Over 30 Miles)
