Your new role:
Working as part of a vibrant team, you will take responsibility for your own ledger of accounts. Your varied duties will include:
Opening new customer accounts
Running credit checks and setting suitable credit limits
Collecting payments inline with agreed terms
Working with other departments to resolve queries and disputes
Reconciling customer accounts
Keeping customer accounts accurately updated
Building strong working relationships with customers What you'll need to succeed:
You will have gained experience in a business to business credit control role. This position will utilise your excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills. Your accurate numeric ability and attention to detail will also be utilised. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a varied work load, where they can really manage their accounts and make commercial decisions.
