Litigation Lawyer

A local authority based in Central London is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will be required to have the following experience:

• Experience of public sector housing litigation,


• Experience of debt recovery and insolvency procedures,


• Advocacy in the County Court.

It is essential that candidates applying for the role have public sector experience.

This is an interim position for 3 months’ initially and will require candidates to commit to hybrid working. You will need to attend the office 3 days per week.

The pay rate on offer is: £35.01 PAYE or £46.87 Umbrella.
