Funds Lawyer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

A leading asset management business is currently looking to hire a talented funds lawyer to cover a 12-month maternity leave in the team.

Reporting directly to the head of legal you will be involved in:

• Contractual arrangements relating to various service providers.
• Advising on general legal/regulatory matters related to the business.
• Providing support to the US business and private fund range.
• Working on a high-profile global project and new fund launches.

Ideally you will be a UK or Common law qualified solicitor with:

• Previous working knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID.
• Previous financial services experience (ideally within the asset management sector)
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Our client is open to both a full time or part time working arrangement and offers a hybrid working model.
