Job Description

Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager. Candidates need to be able to point to a proven track record in commercial contract negotiation relating to public sector procurement.

Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy but would prefer employees to be in the office 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements including, framework agreements, SaaS, software, MSAs, consultancy agreements
  • Working with the colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose
  • Assisting with related commercial and legal issues
The successful candidate will:
  • A minimum of two experience in drafting, negotiating and managing public sector commercial contracts, and related public sector procurement experience
  • Have significant experience drafting and negotiating public sector procurement
  • Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a commercial / business outlook to their work
Our client envisages that candidates with at least 2 years’ experience plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position. This has been given as an approximate guide for and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this range but who have the relevant experience.
