Corporate ECM/Public M&A Lawyer

To support the continued growth of the ECM and Public M&A practices and growing stable of listed Corporate clients, our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate at Supervising Associate level (3-7 PQE) to join the UK Corporate group in London, sitting in the Public Markets team.

The Partners appreciate that candidates may have specialised in Equity Capital Markets or Public M&A (and have therefore not done a considerable amount of both). They are looking for a candidate who is comfortable broadening their experience across the two practice areas.

The successful candidate will:

• Have significant UK ECM and/or Public M&A experience for their PQE, having worked within a leading UK Corporate practice with a reputation for high calibre Corporate work;
• Have experience of being lead Associate on a transaction, and be comfortable running a team of Associates and trainees;
• Want to build a practice and support future growth on market-leading transactions; and
• Share the team's values (i., demonstrate ambition and entrepreneurial spirit/thrive on being challenged/be committed to the team and to clients/think creatively/enjoy working collaboratively).
