Construction Disputes Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a top UK firm with one of the best Construction teams in the country, highly regarded in the legal directories. The team has represented infrastructure clients on thousands of projects globally, including in the transport, mining, process, social infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales or Scotland.


• Have at least 4 years PQE


• Demonstrate an interest in construction & engineering disputes/advisory work, with particular reference to the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors


• Strong academics.


• Ability to give practical, clear advice.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Motivated and enthusiastic.


• Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
