Temporary IT Support Analyst

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join one of our international law firm clients London office on an ongoing temporary basis. This role has a hybrid policy in place and has a competitive salary on offer.

Duties for this role will include:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Support AV systems, audio & video conferencing.Assist with diverse IT tasks including relocating users and setting up equipment.Provide user support for desktop applications, mobile devices, and audio-visual systems.Basic administration in Active Directory and telephone systems.Deliver training on standard desktop applications.Maintain accurate records of calls, users, and equipment.
