Your new company
We are working with a fabulous client of ours who is an established BPO firm providing sourcing and procurement services to a global client base. This company is based in Central London and hires brilliant experts at sourcing who you will be working alongside.

Your new role
This role is a 6-month interim gig, as this company has been assigned a special project from one of their key clients. As a result of a large-scale company merger, you will sit within a specially created team of consultants who will be navigating over 500 supplier contracts across the businesses. You will be responsible for assessing, novating, exiting, re-negotiating, and consolidating contracts to ensure they are fit for purpose and can supply into the newly created entity. This will involve a range of contracts from IT to professional services to facilities, and may focus depending on the other contractors they hire alongside you.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience within procurement and supplier contracts, and have a specific eye for detail and legal terminology within contracts. You will enjoy this type of work and also, be able to interface directly with your client.

What you'll get in return
This role is inside scope of IR35 and will require you to be on site 3 days per week in central London. This role is 6 months in length, with the possibility of extension depending on the workload.
