A prestigious US firm client is looking to hire an associate into its Private Funds team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-profile funds lawyer to join a market-leading Funds practice.

The role will involve advising some of the largest and most well-known fund sponsors and fund investors in the industry on a broad range of private funds matters, including structuring, marketing and operation of private funds and private fund managers, as well as the structuring of sponsor-to-sponsor deals.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 2-4 years PQE currently working at leading Private Funds practices based in London and keen to take their career to the next level. Please note that our client is only able to consider England & Wales qualified solicitors for this role. Stellar academics and a stable career record are required.
