French Qualified Senior Legal Counsel - International Bank

Our client, an international bank, are looking to hire a finance lawyer to join their highly regarded legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel where you will be considered a go to lawyer for the business.

This is a truly broad role as the successful candidate will be leading on legal matters related to transactions across structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, significant regulatory projects and commercial contracts. This is an ideal role for a lawyer looking to move into an opportunity offering more variety whilst also offering a high level of responsibility.

Skills required

• French Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post qualified experience ideally with strong experience advising on legal matters governed by French law.
• Post qualified experience gained in a leading firm or in-house legal team within the financial services space with exposure to leading on transactions and general lending matters across a range of asset classes.
