Head of Wholesale
Location: London, Golborne Road Studio | Hybrid Available
As our Head of Wholesale, you will be at the helm of our global wholesale strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in key international markets. You will manage relationships with high-end retailers and key wholesale partners, ensuring our brand is represented with excellence and consistency across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global wholesale strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage key accounts and relationships with luxury retailers.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish new wholesale partnerships.
- Oversee seasonal sales campaigns, product presentations, and B2B client communications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure flawless product delivery.
- Lead and mentor the wholesale sales team.
About You
- Proven experience (5+ years) in wholesale for luxury fashion brands.
- Strong network in the fashion industry with high-end retailers.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Key Skills & Traits
- Passion for the luxury fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
