Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated receptionist to join a highly regarded investment firm near London Bridge. The role is based in beautiful offices, 5 days per week and no shifts are required.

The company builds exceptional relationships both with clients and internally and the culture is a key part of its success. As the first impression of the company, as visitors arrive, this is a very important hire. You will have a natural customer service instinct and an exceptional eye for detail. Excellent presentation and communication are essential for this job and be able to work with clients at a high level.

You will be working as a team of two experienced receptionists, and you will jointly cover the responsibilities of the area. It is a busy and varied position that will suit a positive person. You must be polished and professional and able to juggle priorities, working as part of a team to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Operating the switchboard
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area
• Monitoring the meeting room bookings
• The timely setup and clearing of rooms, including refreshments
• Organising and setting up of catering for clients or team social events
• Maintaining the presentation of the office area
• Managing the upkeep of stationery and kitchen supplies
• Ad hoc support to the team as required.

Requirements

• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Be able to show longevity and loyalty in previous jobs
• Have a proven track record of working front of house in a boutique office environment
• Preferably with exposure to ultra-high net-worth clients
• Experience working well in a small team
• Positive and welcoming attitude
• Highly professional and polished manner
• Good working knowledge of MS Office packages

Due to the nature of the front-of-house role, this is an office-based position
