Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading insurance company based in Leicester. In this role, you will contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team and various departments to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Development: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, etc.) to promote our insurance products and services.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, email newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and case studies.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify customer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to shape marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Data Analysis: Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Brand Management: Ensure consistency of messaging and tone across all marketing channels to enhance the company’s brand reputation.

Event Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product managers, sales teams, and customer service to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with industry regulations and company standards.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

• Ability to analyse marketing data and generate actionable insights.

• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is a plus.
