Press Brake Setter / Operator
· £14.00 per hour - £17.00 per hour (depending on shift pattern & previous experience) + overtime paid at time and one half over 40 hours & Saturday mornings.
· Working for a sheet metal manufacturing company in South Leicester.
· 40 hours per week with temp to perm opportunities for successful candidates after 13 weeks agency worker service.
· Multiple opportunities and shifts patterns available; Days = 8am – 430pm Monday to Friday; Nights = 430pm – 3am Monday to Thursday (4 nights)

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter Operators to join our client. You will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metal components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Adjust machine settings for different materials and thicknesses.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, adjusting as needed.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety protocols.
