They are currently recruiting for a Client Development Manager who will have a UK remit working from a site based in Northamptonshire or Yorkshire, depending on your location. The role offers some hybrid working, allowing the successful applicant to split their time between the office and remote work.
This fast-paced environment will suit an experienced Account Manager with the ability to grow existing accounts whilst also nurturing a sales pipeline through to project completion.
Renumeration & Benefits Include:
* Offering a highly competitive salary plus bonus with an OTE of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
* Car Allowance of around £6,000
* 25 days annual leave and a holiday buy/sell scheme

About the Client Development Manager Role
As the Client Development Manager, you will nurture existing accounts, drive business growth and acquire new customers across the whole of the UK.
Other responsibilities of the Client Development Manager include:
* Work closely with new and existing customers, building lasting relationships & actively managing their projects through to completion.
* Develop a pipeline of direct display users, foster intercompany relationships, and enhance structural design to gain a competitive edge.
* Expanding the customer base, identifying sales opportunities, and optimising marketing strategies.
* Manage account portfolios' budget expectations.
About You
As the Client Development Manager, you will be an experienced Account Manager with the confidence to develop and nurture long term relationships with a range of customers across the UK.
Other requirements of the Client Development Manager include:
* You will ideally be degree qualified with post graduate experience in a related field
* Knowledge of POS or retail display units will be highly advantageous
* Demonstrable experience of managing current accounts within a territory
* Strong consultative sales approach
* Experience driving new business development with existing and new customers
* Proven experience project managing technical projects from initial enquiry through to completion
* Strong consultative sales approach with a solid level of technical understanding
* A strong networker, leveraging networking tools to maximise reach and build industry credibility
