Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in servicing and repairing heavy goods looking for an opportunity to work independently, drive innovation, and excel within a fast-paced, market-leading company?

You will be responsible for performing routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on Distribution Tractors, Ro-Ro Tractors, and other manufacturer products at customer premises. Working without direct supervision, you will utilize diagnostic techniques and tools to identify and fix defects, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with experience in Auto Electrician fault diagnosis and the use of diagnostic equipment, looking to join a company that prioritizes safety, quality, and employee development.

THE ROLE:

• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on specialist vehicles at customer sites
• Diagnose and repair defects using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment
• Produce inspection reports for accident-damaged vehicles
• Work independently, ensuring all Health & Safety standards are met

THE PERSON:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanical and Electronic Systems or equivalent
• Experience in fault diagnosis and repairs using diagnostic tools
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of road traffic laws
