Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential
My client are a well-established, well respected and financially secure high end residential main contractor, who specialise in the alteration and refurbishments of luxury homes in Central London.
They are family owned and run by two generations and have built a strong reputation and a wealth of experience in this prestigious sector.
My client work mainly in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia and they specialise in the refurbishment of prime residential dwellings in the centre of London, including basement formation and major structural alterations.
With almost no staff turnover, my client are proven to be a great employer who are passionate about their staff.
They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, to assist on upcoming projects located in prime Central London, predominately in Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Mayfair.
Successful candidates will have high end residential experience gained on London projects.
This is a permanent position and my client are looking for candidates who are keen to be recognised and rewarded for their success and who wish to secure a long term career with the company.
