Job Title: Branch Manager – Electrical Products

Location: Leicester and surrounding area
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the Branch Sales Manager – Electrical Products will involve:
* Branch Sales Manager position managing a branch & selling a wide range distributed electrical products
* You will be selling to M&E contractors or end users such as: manufacturing warehouses
* Typical order values can range between £500-£8k depending on size and scope
* Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of P&L in the branch
* You will be expected to call and visit existing customers to establish & maintain relationships
* Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
* Providing training, development and motivation to all branch staff
The ideal applicant will be Branch Sales Manager – Electrical Products with:
* Must have sales focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
* Would consider an assistant branch manager or sales office managers looking to make the step up
* Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales
* Able to work autonomously & also as part of a team
* Ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
* Personable, driven, people person
* UK Driving license
* IT Savvy
