Job Description
Zenith people are currently representing a metal fabricator based in North shields that're recruiting for an experienced Fabricator/Welder. They're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Main duties
* Welding and fabricating sheet metal.
* Read and interpret drawings to understand requirements, dimensions, tolerances, and welding specifications.
* Keep to tight deadlines.
* Use specialised tools and equipment, such as clamps and jigs to properly align and secure components during the welding process.
* Knowledge of welding safety practices and the proper use of PPE.
Requirements
* Must have 2 to 4 years experience in the same/ similar role.
* Must have IPAF and PASMA certifications.
* Available to interview and start as soon as possible.
Hour and pay
* 12 weeks temp to perm.
* 8am to 4:30pm, but hours can be flexible.
* Hourly rate is DOE but is a minimum of £15 but can be as high as £20 per hour
