Job Description

Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Maidstone, Kent for a Recruitment Consultant.

The role entails:

Signing up and progressing new candidates through an online registration portal/ face to face.

Communicating regularly with candidates and clients via the telephone, text and email. Making sure that all communications are updated and recorded.

Filling primarily temporary placements, with the addition of some permanent roles.

Booking candidate interviews and assessments.

Sending and reviewing candidate pre assessment packs.

Processing the weekly payroll.

General office admin tasks.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous admin/ recruitment experience

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ability to work under pressure and to organise your own workload effectively.

Holding a valid driving licence would be beneficial.

Other details:

Salary of £26,000

20 days + 8 bank holidays.

Monday to Friday, office based.

Parking available.

Our client offers a degree of flexibility with hours.

The role will require flexibility as there will be an element of on call support as the agency operates 24/7. This will be on a rota system
